MEMO Gala Recap
Thank you to everyone who came out and volunteered and/or performed at our Annual Open Our Hearts Gala! You all showed up and showed out. We hope you had a fun time learning our Traditional Vietnamese/ Hip-Hop remix dance with us and enjoyed yourselves yesterday night. Go MEMO!

☕Thai Tea/ Coffee Fundraiser (4/22) ☕
Our Thai Tea fundraiser is coming up this Tuesday (date updated since last newsletter), April 22nd! Show your support by stopping by and purchasing some refreshing drinks during this sunny Spring weather. We can’t wait to see you there!

📚GM 2: Study Jam! (4/24) 📚
Study for midterms and get on top of academics with MEMO’s Study Jam this Thursday! We can’t wait to see you there.
WHEN: 5PM-6PM, Thursday, April 24th
WHERE: Ackerman Union, Room 3508 (Third Floor of Ackerman)
The cool air, the warm sunny light, and the salty beach scent are what this ICS is all about. Yeah, you know what time it is! It's Spring ICS time and the LAST ICS event of the year!!! Come to an eventful beach day and meet some of your fellow MEMObers from our sister chapters! 🏝️ We'll be playing some incredibeachly fun icebreakers and activities where you'll be engaging all your muscles!!! 🌊 Sign-ups are due Friday, April 25th at 5:00PM‼️Please fill out BOTH of the forms below.

We HIGHLY encourage everyone to bring blankets/towels to put their things on, a light jacket just in case of changing weather, and sunscreen to protect you from the warm but unforgiving sun!! Also, please be prepared (mentally or physically) to get wet!!! ☀️
Please also make sure to bring a HOODIE. You will need this for one of the activities.

WHERE: Corona Del Mar State Beach; Rides can be arranged as well. (Address: 3100 Ocean Blvd, Corona Del Mar, CA 92625 (Meeting Location will be sent day of)
Service Event: Boys & Girls Club (4/30)
Our service event at the Boys and Girls Club will be on Wednesday, April 30th! Through this event you’ll be taking part in formulating an engaging lesson plan on health education, and sharing your workshop with a youth community in Santa Monica.
WHEN: 3:00-4:15 (NOT including transportation time), Wednesday April 30th
WHERE: Rides will be provided to and from UCLA
