Hello MEMObers! Thank you to everyone who came out to MEMO’s OC Spon Run this weekend, as well as our Squid Game Interchapter Social! We hope you made new friends from our other chapters and had a great time!
For our last general meeting, we will be hosting a STUDY JAM, free snacks included!!! Munch and study for finals with us this Thursday! Additionally, sign-ups for volunteering are still available for our annual Gala and Project Angel Food!

Open Our Hearts Gala: Volunteer!
MEMO is hosting our 17th annual Open Our Hearts Gala on Saturday, April 19th. If you would like to help MEMO make our LARGEST fundraising event of the year a success, sign-up to join us as a volunteer! For more information on the responsibilities of each volunteer role, check out the sign-up form below. Volunteer spots are limited so sign up ASAP if you are interested!
Volunteering during the Gala is a 16G requirement!

Project Angel Food
MEMO's upcoming Outreach Event, Project Angel Food is coming up! This event is a great opportunity to gain service hours as you prepare medically tailored meals for vulnerable people facing critical and life-threatening illnesses. Transportation will be provided!
WHEN: 8:00AM-12:00PM on Sunday, March 16th (NOT INCLUDING TRANSPORTATION TIME)
WHERE: Rides will be provided for those in UCLA this weekend

Week 8 Recap
Congrats to all our competitors for putting their all into the intense minigames of our Interchapter SOCIAL! From the thrill of tug of war and forming human pyramids, to surviving Red Light-Green Light, we hope you were able to create lasting connections and memories with your MEMO teammates and competitors!

OC Sponsorship Run
Thank you again to those who came out to our other interchapter event this past Saturday! This OC Sponsorship Run was a great success and we couldn’t have done it without you. We were able to raise $4,076.81 from this event, which will help fund MEMO’s mission to provide free healthcare services and education to local SoCal areas, as well as the health services during our mission trip to Vietnam and Thailand this summer. YAY!! Let’s keep up the good work!
16G Donation Drive
Our donation drive is still up and running until June! Please consider donating any essential items you no longer need to help support MEMO’s 16G Mission trip!
Before embarking on our 16G medical mission trip to Vietnam, MEMO is asking for any donations of essential items that will help improve the lives of people in need. We will be doing a donation drive to collect toys 🧸 , clothing 👕, shoes 👟, etc. to donate to children in the orphanages that we will be visiting.
Please fill out the google form in our instagram linktree if you have lightly used/new toys 🚂🪀 or clothes, or know people you can reach out to who can donate.
