Dear MEMObers,

I hope Winter Break has been going well! We wanted to share a few quick updates for you to refer to in the meantime.

[NEW] TIME CHANGE: Winter General Meetings ❄️

General Meetings for Winter Quarter will take place on EVEN weeks, Thursdays at 6-7PM. In previous newsletters, we mentioned that GMs will take place on odd weeks but the updated official GM day will be on even weeks. Make sure to mark your calendars so you don’t miss out on everything we have planned for the quarter!

Internship Program Decisions

For those that applied for our Internship Program, decisions will be released this Sunday, December 21st, so be sure to keep an eye out for an email!

MEMO 17G Mission Trip Applications

General Member Applications for M.E.M.O.’s 2026 17G Medical Mission Trip are OFFICIALLY open!

Applications can be found HERE.

Deadline: Sunday, December 28, 2025 at 11:59 PM.

Please note that all applicants must be a paid MEMOber and be available Saturday, January 17th for an IN-PERSON interview at UCSD.

Central Vietnam Donations

As some of you may know, Central Vietnam has faced severe storms and flooding during the month of November. Though coverage on the disaster has died down, there are still hundreds of thousands of home destroyed and people displaced.

One of our partners, VinaCapital Foundation is collecting donations to restore facilities, homes, and provide assistance to victims of the storm.

We wanted to share the donation link in case any of you were interested in donating.
