Hello MEMObers! Welcome to our last newsletter for Fall quarter. I hope finals went well and everyone has a lovely Winter break~ See everyone next quarter :)
Active Membership Requirements
Attend 3 out of 5 general meetings (every quarter)
Attend at least 1 outreach/ service event
Attend at least 1 social/ fundraiser
Pay a $10 Club Membership Fee. This includes a free MEMO T-shirt that could be worn to events!
(RECOMMENDED): Attend nonprofit/ inter-chapter events
If you haven’t already, make sure to fill out this form if you would like to be an active MEMOber! Applications are open year-round, but the earlier you join, the earlier you can volunteer with us <3
JOIN OUR GROUPME!
We created a new GroupMe for the 2025-26 academic year. We encourage you all to join to gain access to important MEMO updates or ask any questions you may have!
TIME CHANGE: Winter General Meetings ❄️
General Meetings for Winter Quarter will take place on ODD weeks, Thursdays at 6-7PM. Make sure to mark your calendars so you don’t miss out on everything we have planned for next quarter!
WHEN: Thursdays @ 6PM-7PM (odd weeks)

MEMO 17G Mission Trip Applications
General Member Applications for M.E.M.O.’s 2026 17G Medical Mission Trip are OFFICIALLY open now! Applications can be found HERE Deadline: Friday, December 28, 2025 at 11:59 PM. Please note that all applicants must be a paid MEMOber and be available Saturday, January 17th for an IN-PERSON interview at UCSD. Scholarships are also available! Applications can be found HERE. |  |
25-26 Internship Program ✍️ APPS DUE SUNDAY
Curious to see what it’s like to be a board member of MEMO? Apply for our internship program, where you will have the chance to rotate between various board positions (Sponsorship, Outreach, Social, Finance, President/Admin), shadow us during board meetings, and work alongside current officers.
