Happy Week 10 MEMObers! Hope everyone had a restful Thanksgiving break! Read more to see what we have in store for the rest of Fall quarter 🍁
Active Membership Requirements
Attend 3 out of 5 general meetings (every quarter)
Attend at least 1 outreach/ service event
Attend at least 1 social/ fundraiser
Pay a $10 Club Membership Fee. This includes a free MEMO T-shirt that could be worn to events!
(RECOMMENDED): Attend nonprofit/ inter-chapter events
If you haven’t already, make sure to fill out this form if you would like to be an active MEMOber! Applications are open year-round, but the earlier you join, the earlier you can volunteer with us <3

We created a new GroupMe for the 2025-26 academic year. We encourage you all to join to gain access to important MEMO updates or ask any questions you may have!
TIME CHANGE: Winter General Meetings ❄️
General Meetings for Winter Quarter will take place on ODD weeks, Thursdays at 6-7PM. Make sure to mark your calendars so you don’t miss out on everything we have planned for next quarter!

NEXT: GM #5 — White Elephant Gift Exchange 🎁 & Christmas Card-Making 💌
It’s nearing December… which means it’s time for Christmas festivities!! 😄🎄 For Week 10 GM, board is planning an optional White Elephant Gift Exchange, where participants will each bring an anonymous gift (budget of $5-10) to be exchanged with others!
We will also be making Christmas cards for the kids at Ronald McDonald House, so feel free to join us even if you can’t participate in White Elephant. Hope to see everyone there!

25-26 Internship Program ✍️
Curious to see what it’s like to be a board member of MEMO? Apply for our internship program, where you will have the chance to rotate between various board positions (Sponsorship, Outreach, Social, Finance, President/Admin), shadow us during board meetings, and work alongside current officers.

85 Degrees Bakery Fundraiser 🍞
Craving for some freshly baked asian-style bread? Come purchase and enjoy a sweet treat from 85 degrees bakery in support of MEMO at our fundraiser that will now take place on December 5th — Friday of Week 10! We will be opening shifts for general members to volunteer (& fulfill the fundraiser requirement!) You can sign up HERE. WHEN: Friday, December 5th from 11AM-2PM |  |
Upcoming Service Events 🏥
Project Awaken 🌸
Join us in hosting fun & interactive arts and crafts activities with Project Awaken! Project Awaken is a program to promote personal connections with senior residents. Every month, MEMO volunteers will lead an hour-long arts and crafts project with the residents at Mom and Dad’s House locations. MEMObers can personally interact with isolated residents to provide social interactions and create meaningful connections. Sign-ups can be found HERE.
