Happy Week 10!! We’re reaching the final stretch of Winter quarter… wishing everyone the best of luck on finals before a relaxing Spring Break 💘 Read more to learn about some of the exciting updates we have for this week (hint: Board Applications are OPEN!)
Active Membership Requirements
Attend 3 out of 5 general meetings (every quarter)
Attend at least 1 outreach/ service event
Attend at least 1 social/ fundraiser
Pay a $10 Club Membership Fee. This includes a free MEMO T-shirt that could be worn to events!
(RECOMMENDED): Attend nonprofit/ inter-chapter events
If you haven’t already, make sure to fill out this form if you would like to be an active MEMOber! Applications are open year-round, but the earlier you join, the earlier you can volunteer with us <3

We created a new GroupMe for the 2025-26 academic year. We encourage you all to join to gain access to important MEMO updates or ask any questions you may have!
GM #5 — Study Jam! 📚️
Join us for a fun and productive Trivia Night + Study Jam at our upcoming GM! We’ll start the evening with a few rounds of friendly trivia, so come ready to team up and test your knowledge! After our trivia, we’ll transition into a cozy Study Jam, where you can lock in for finals alongside your fellow MEMO-bers. It’ll be a great chance to unwind, stay productive, and connect with others before finals week! We’d love to see you there ☺️✨

HEY MEMO-bers!
Are you interested in running MEMO’s meetings, working behind-the-scenes of MEMO, planning fun GMs/Socials, aka being a part of our all-around AWESOME board? Consider applying below! Roles include President(s), Administrative Chair, Finance Chairs, Sponsorship Chairs, Outreach Chairs, and Publicity & Social Chairs. Just remember: you must have active membership for at least one quarter to be able to apply to board.
Board applications could be found HERE!
DEADLINE for President(s): Sunday, March 22nd (3/22) @11:59 PM.
All other positions: Sunday, March 29th (3/29) @11:59 PM.
17G Donation Drive 🧸
Have extra toys or clothes that you’re looking to donate? In preparation for our 17G medical mission trip to Vietnam, MEMO is asking for donations of essential items that will improve the lives of people in need. We are holding a donation drive to collect toys 🧸 , clothes 👚, shoes 👟, and more to donate to children at the orphanages we will be visiting!
