Happy Week 7 MEMObers! Hope everyone had a lovely Valentineās Day š and are enjoying the long weekend! Read below to learn about upcoming MEMO events!
Active Membership Requirements
Attend 3 out of 5 general meetings (every quarter)
Attend at least 1 outreach/ service event
Attend at least 1 social/ fundraiser
Pay a $10 Club Membership Fee. This includes a free MEMO T-shirt that could be worn to events!
(RECOMMENDED): Attend nonprofit/ inter-chapter events
If you havenāt already, make sure to fill out this form if you would like to be an active MEMOber! Applications are open year-round, but the earlier you join, the earlier you can volunteer with us <3

We created a new GroupMe for the 2025-26 academic year. We encourage you all to join to gain access to important MEMO updates or ask any questions you may have!
Winter General Meetings āļø
General Meetings for Winter Quarter will take place on EVEN weeks, Thursdays at 6-7PM. Make sure to mark your calendars so you wonāt miss out on all our meetings!

OC Spon Run! š (Deadline to sign-up is TODAY!)
Every year, UCI, UCSD, USC and UCLA M.E.M.O. host a Sponsorship Run in Orange County to ask businesses for sponsorships and donations. All proceeds will go towards our local community philanthropies in OC, LA, and SD counties, and abroad philanthropies in Vietnam. You will be working in teams with other MEMObers, so please donāt be afraid if this is your first time talking to business owners and professionals! Everyone is here to support each other! Sponsorship Committee Interest Form šµ
Want to see how MEMO works behind the scenes? Weāre looking for members to join our Sponsorship Committee. This is a great way to support our humanitarian missions and help us get ready for GALA. This committee is flexible and non-binding. You can help as much as your schedule allows without a heavy commitment!
As a committee member, youāll get to work directly with the boards of different chapters, the Board of Directors (BOD), and our advisors. Itās a perfect chance to build your network and see our philanthropy in action!

Anaheim High School Lestonnac Health Fair š„
Get excited for this new Health Fair Opportunity!! MEMO has partnered up with Lestonnac Free Clinic (LFC) to provide vision services for uninsured and low-income residents at Anaheim High School. Possible volunteer role(s) include crowd control, registration, vision acuity tests, frame selection for readers and prescription glasses, lens cutting/selection, and more. Youth Healthcare Workshop šļø
Interested in organizing an informative workshop for children at Westwood Transitional Village? Sign up to volunteer for the Youth Healthcare Workshop! Through this workshop, you will obtain the opportunity to teach important wellness and health topics to underserved youth in Westwood!
This volunteering event is in partnership with the Salvation Army Westwood Transitional Village, a nonprofit organization that offers support services for homeless families and veterans with families within Los Angeles County. Be a part of this amazing opportunity and sign up using the link below!

Project Awaken šø
Join us for fun, hands-on arts and crafts activities with senior residents! Project Awaken is a program designed to build personal connections with seniors living at Mom and Dadās House locations. Each month, MEMO volunteers will lead a one-hour arts and crafts session with residents, creating a warm and engaging environment. MEMObers can connect with socially isolated residents, provide meaningful interaction, and help brighten their day. Sign-ups can be found HERE!
